Bicalcium Phosphate (DCP) is used as a raw material to provide phosphorus in the manufacture of feed and animal nutrition correctors. With the incorporation of this phosphorus of mineral origin into rations, the needs of high-production animals are met, improving performance in growth, fertility and conversion rates. Phosphorus is essential, among other processes, in the formation of ATP, the synthesis of nucleic acids and the formation of bones.

DCP dige is a technological and environmentally sustainable phosphate. Thanks to our GlobalPhos® technology , we achieve an increase in efficiency, optimizing highly digestible phosphate species in the composition of the final product. By increasing the proportion of water-soluble phosphorus and maximizing the presence of the most digestible insoluble species in the non-water-soluble fraction, we achieve a higher percentage of digestible phosphorus.

The result is a dicalcium phosphate with a digestibility greater than 83%.

Both the raw materials and the final product follow strict controls and are stored avoiding any type of contamination. The drying of the final product is carried out with natural gas to avoid risks of contamination and at controlled and not high temperatures, in order to avoid possible retrogradations of phosphorus in the final products, to guarantee greater availability/digestibility. From an environmental point of view, its manufacturing process is totally respectful of the environment and does not generate chemical waste.
