Industrial capacity
Industrial processes for the manufacture of Technological and Sustainable Phosphates, with a great versatility for the elaboration of complex chemical definitions in composition, dosage and presentation, and that at present or in the future are adapted to the requirements in animal nutrition.
Methodological developments
All manufacturing processes of elaboration, are developed from a great capacity of experimental monitoring before moving to industrial scale, with three bases for its elaboration: respect with the environment (resources used in the elaboration and in its application by the client), certificates in the processes and with all the quality filters in the process and the product (composition, presentation and delivery to the client).
Research
With an outsourced structure of collaboration with five different Research Centers, each of them specialized in functional application (nutrition, health and quality of meat, milk and eggs) or in analysis methodologies (biochemical and metabolic), the work to be developed by the team of the Animal R&D department is defined.
Quality commitments
Linked to the guidelines of normative commitment (compliance) from the TERVALIS group, the quality department of GlobalFeed, defines, links and audits processes, products and logistics of deliveries.
Practical application
All products launched on the market have been designed and monitored to demonstrate their functionality and effectiveness. The possibility of discovering new niches of action (not contemplated until now in this sector) is one of our main motivations.
